Interactive demonstration — this shows the WorkMatch experience, not a live login system. The production platform (secure accounts, database, matching engine) is fully specified and in progress.
WorkMatch · by SPG Research
Skills-first · evidence-weighted · non-determinative

See WorkMatch from every side.

WorkMatch turns hard-to-compare backgrounds into a common, evidence-weighted skills language — foreign credentials, informal, community, and long-tenured experience made comparable. It improves the quality of information used in employment decisions; it does not decide who gets hired. Pick a journey below and click through what each user experiences.

Built for the hard-to-compare workforce: newcomers · First Nations, Inuit & Métis · older & returning workers · remote/self-directed · persons with disabilities.

Walk the guided intake exactly as a person would — with no agency: upload résumé, confirm AI-found skills, pick strengths, set sharing, and reach match-ready with a plain-language match brief.

What it is, in one line

One guided intake, many trusted outputs — for the person, the agency, the employer, and the funder.

About & status

For technical collaborators and funders. The strategy, PRD, schemas, and build plan live in the repository.

Where the build stands

Specification-complete: 12 execution-grade sprint runbooks, validated data contracts, a scaffolded repo with the trust spine coded. Gates specified as tests. The bottleneck now is engineering execution and a pilot — not strategy. See the product logic map:

WorkMatch is the Screening/WorkMatch Engine (SCR) — its own independent build. It feeds qualification results to GreyMatter and evidence pointers to the Seal & Verification Registry, and honours the shared standards (Seal Standard, 0–4 rubric, trust tiers, design system). Open the engine map →
