Améliorer la qualité de l'information utilisée dans les décisions d'emploi.
WorkMatch is a skills-first, evidence-weighted employment matching and retention-support engine for inclusive workforce development. It improves the quality of information used in employment decisions — it does not decide who gets hired. Built self-directed-first: a candidate can create value with no agency intermediary; agency support is an enhancement, not a dependency.
Each engine is its own independent build. Solid flows feed each other; the shared standard is the connective tissue (not shared code). WorkMatch is the Screening/WorkMatch Engine.
WorkMatch feeds qualification results → GreyMatter, and evidence pointers → the Registry. It is bound by the shared standards (dotted connective tissue), not coupled to other engines' code. Open the full engine map →
One guided intake, many outputs. Consent & audit wrap every action; the tenant layer makes it multi-tenant, white-label and exportable.
Enforced in the schema and as tests that fail the build — not just documented.
Full model, controlled depth. Twelve sprint runbooks; gates closed as tests.

How WorkMatch connects without coupling. Shared standards are honoured; outputs are non-determinative decision-support.
Qualification results → GreyMatter. Competency + integrity assessment outputs (evidence-weighted, human-reviewed), mapped to the shared trust rubric — never a hire/no-hire verdict.
Evidence pointers → Seal & Verification Registry. References (not personal data) that support a Seal/Statement; consent-gated.
0–4 rubric & trust tiers at the qualification interface; WorkMatch's OaSIS-aligned levels map to the portfolio rubric at the boundary.
Seal Standard for anything surfaced to relying parties. Design system (this palette) for visual coherence. Connective tissue, not shared code.
